First Lady Michelle Obama and former First Lady Laura Bush participated in the African First Ladies Summit: “Investing in Women: Strengthening Africa,” hosted by the George W. Bush Institute in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania earlier today. Later, Mrs. OObama was escorted by Tanzanian First Lady Salma Kikwete at the airport.
For her final look in Africa, Mrs. Obama wore a printed tie neck dress paired with red kitten heels.
